Access to the website www.hairbyfizzy.com and the purchase of products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services’). By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order online with www.hairbyfizzy.com you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

All payments on www.hairbyfizzy.com are done through PayPal.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Appointments

Please note that there is a £20 deposit to be paid when booking your appointment online. This will be deducted from the price of your hair service.

All in-person services where you come to the Hair by Fizzy studio must be paid for in cash at the appointment. If you want to pay by bank transfer, this must be done before the appointment takes place.

Lateness

Please note that any clients that arrive more than 30 minutes after their appointment may not be able to be seen, and will lose their £20 deposit. And any clients that do not turn up for their appointments will also lose their £20 deposit.

Wigs and frontals

If you are providing the hair for your wig, please email fizzy.anthony@yahoo.com for the address details to drop your hair off to.

If you are doing a frontal or a 360 wig, please ensure that your hair has arrived 2 days before your appointment so that we have time to prep the hair.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of our wigs are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Pricing

The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). The price in GBP can be converted to a number of different currencies. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs we will notify you via email detailing the change.

Availability

We at Hair by Fizzy make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

Delivery

UK delivery options include Next Day delivery and Standard delivery (3-5 working days). International delivery options include Standard International delivery (5-7 working days) and DHL Express (3-5 days).
These delivery times do not apply to customised products or services. Customised products or services usually have a processing time of 10 – 14 days in addition to the delivery time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Hair by Fizzy. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Hair by Fizzy.
